Nachdem Google seinen Dienst Maps auf Android-Smartphones um ein kostenloses Navigations-Feature erweitert hat, bietet Nokia seine Dienste Ovi Maps und Navigation ebenfalls kostenlos an.
Das neue Angebot steht ab sofort kostenlos zur Verfügung. Es werden alle Nokia-Handys mit einem GPS-Empfänger unterstützt. Im Gegensatz zur Navigationslösung von Google funktioniert Ovi Maps und Navigation auch ohne dauerhafte Online-Verbindung.
