Das ist das klassische Problem in unserer Branche, der Kopf ist einfach zu voll und der Körper schaltet dann ab. Moin Leute, ich brauche mal einen Rat von IT-Kollegen. Ich hänge momentan nur noch vor dem Monitor, Überstunden ohne Ende und der Stress frisst mich auf. Das Problem ist, dass jetzt auch privat die Leistung total im Keller ist. Meine Freundin ist schon genervt, weil bei mir einfach die Luft raus ist.
